RISK ASSESSMENTS

We have conducted or assisted in conducting risk assessments for many companies, including:

• Risks / opportunities assessments arising from the context of the organization and the relevant requirements of interested parties – required by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, clauses 4.1, 4.2 and 6.1. We have developed “tools” that effectively integrate these requirements – used successfully in all the companies we assisted to transition to IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification.
• Contingency plans in line with IATF 16949, 6.1.2.3, linked to the relevant identified risks
• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
• Environmental aspects and impacts risk assessments in line with ISO 14001, 6.1.2
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments (HIRA) in line with ISO 45001
• Risk assessments for medical devices in line with ISO 14971
• Risk assessment for small stock farmers
• Risk assessments for inclusion in contractor health and safety manuals
